A great start to this cleanse is to drink a warm glass of water with lemon and honey / honey substitute. Start your first drink off an hour after you wake up. Following that, have a drink every 2 hours, depending how you feel. The order of the juices will be put on the bottle caps in numbers from 1- 6. Please follow them as they ensure you get the best results for you and your body. And, always remember to listen to your body. You may miss the sensation of chewing, but as long as you are not hungry, you can do this!
