From sourcing ingredients from certified organic farms to processing and bottling in our own facility, we focus on maintaining clean ingredients, responsible sourcing, and consistent quality in every bottle.
Where does your produce come from?
We are proud to be Made in India.
Most of our produce is sourced directly from Indian farmers who practise organic and sustainable farming methods. By working closely with farmers and reducing middlemen, we support farming communities while ensuring high-quality ingredients for our juices.

Are your juices cold-pressed?
Yes. Rüs Organic juices are cold-pressed, a slow extraction process that minimises heat and helps preserve the natural flavour and character of the fruits and vegetables used. Certain pulpy juices are not cold-pressed.
This process produces smooth, fresh-tasting juices without added sugar or artificial ingredients.
Do your juices contain preservatives?
No. Rüs Organic juices do not contain artificial preservatives.
Shelf stability is achieved through careful processing, hygienic bottling, and proper sealing, while maintaining the natural taste of the juice.
How long do your juices last?
Unopened juices typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months, depending on the flavour and batch.
Once opened, please refrigerate immediately and consume within 24 hours for the best flavour and quality.
Unopened bottles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How should I store the juices?
After opening, juices must be refrigerated between 4°C and 8°C.
Keeping the juice properly chilled helps maintain its taste and freshness.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, delivered items are not eligible for refunds.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, our team will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been delivered. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
